- Can I download tracks during the trial?
- Yes. The 7-day Pro trial unlocks generating plus WAV/MP3 downloads. After trial, subscribe to Pro, Producer, or Studio to keep generating and exporting. Your library stays either way.
- When can I commercially release music?
- Buy a master on any track for a one-time fee (~$14.99), sell through the shop (BeatBox retains a platform % plus a master fee on licensed tracks), or upgrade to Pro, Producer, or Studio — which unlocks commercial rights across your entire catalog, including tracks you made on trial. Details are on the rights page.
- What happens after the trial ends?
- You can still listen and share tracks in your library, but new generations pause until you subscribe. Start with the 7-day Pro trial (no card) from register.
- What’s the difference between Pro, Producer, and Studio?
- Pro ($24/mo): 10 gens/day, up to 4:00, EN/ES/PT/IT, 4-part stems. Producer ($49/mo): 20 gens/day, up to 6:00, + Greek, 6-part stems. Studio ($99/mo): 30 gens/day, up to 10:00, all languages including Korean, 6-part stems. Trial is capped at 1:30 with EN/ES/PT. Quality Mode costs 2 credits per track on every plan.
- How do monthly and yearly billing work?
- Toggle Monthly or Yearly on this page before checkout. Yearly is about 20% off: Pro $19/mo, Producer $39/mo, Studio $79/mo, billed as a single annual charge. Manage or cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal from Profile.
- Which languages can I generate in?
- Languages unlock by plan: Trial English, Spanish, and Portuguese (BR). Pro adds Italian. Producer adds Greek. Studio unlocks the full set including Korean (English, Spanish, Portuguese (BR), Greek, Italian, and Korean).
- Is generation private?
- Yes. Generations run on BeatBox’s private infrastructure — we do not train on your music or share your tracks without permission. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Do credits roll over?
- Daily included credits reset at midnight UTC and do not accumulate. Trial 8/day, Pro 10/day, Producer 20/day, Studio 30/day. Album songs cost 1 credit each (Quality Mode 2). Album slots: Pro 8, Producer 12, Studio 16. Prepaid GPU credit packs (bought from Profile on paid plans) do not reset at midnight — they are used after your daily allowance.
- What are GPU credit packs?
- On Pro, Producer, and Studio you can buy one-time GPU credits when you run out for the day: 10 for $12, 40 for $40, or 100 for $90. Daily credits are spent first; pack credits after. Soft cap of 200 pack credits purchased per calendar month. Trial and free accounts upgrade instead of buying packs.
- What are Albums, Studio, and DJ?
- Albums (planned in Create, stored in Library) turn one occasion brief into an editable tracklist — generate each song for 1 credit. Studio opens Arrange (trim/fade) and Layers: 4-part stem split on Trial/Pro, or 6-part (guitar + piano) on Producer/Studio — 1 credit — then mute, solo, and bounce a stereo WAV. Share Library playlists with a link or invite. Karaoke follow keeps lyrics on the beat on the track page. DJ plays live playlist sets with crossfade. Studio export needs a plan with downloads.
- What if I run out of library storage?
- Each plan includes library space (Pro 2 GB, Producer 8 GB, Studio 20 GB). When you’re full, new generations pause until you delete tracks or add a monthly storage pack (+5 / +25 / +100 GB) from Profile. Packs stack on your plan space while the subscription is active.
- Why these prices vs Suno / Udio?
- Mass-market tools often start around $10/mo on shared credit pools. BeatBox Pro ($24/mo) is priced for a full Create → Library → Studio → DJ stack with commercial release and artist shop. Most creators won’t burn every daily credit; heavy daily use is what Producer and Studio plans are for. Storage packs are separate add-ons so disk growth doesn’t force everyone onto a higher plan.
- How do I cancel or change plans?
- Open Profile → Manage billing to use the Stripe customer portal (cancel, switch interval, update payment method). Your library stays after cancel; generating pauses until you resubscribe. See Terms of Service for subscription terms.
